Such information may also include references to third parties such as doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

Personal Health Records (PHR): PHR includes any medical records, health history, diagnostic information, treatment details, or any other health-related data uploaded by the user to the Application.

We collect Personal Information directly from users when they interact with our Application or website. We do not collect data from third-party sources. Users voluntarily provide their Personal Information when using the Application.

Types of Personal Information Collected

Through the Basic Healthcare Website

When you visit basic-healthcare.com, we may collect:

  • Email addresses and names provided through contact forms or email communications

  • IP addresses for security and analytics purposes

Through the Basic Healthcare Application

When using the Application, you may choose to provide:

  • Personal Details: First name, last name, date of birth, gender, phone number, address

  • Uploaded Content: Documents, audio files, images, or other files containing Personal Information, which may reference doctors, hospitals, or healthcare providers

  • Personal Health Records (PHR): Medical records, diagnostic tests, doctor notes, voice samples, images, and other health-related data

How and Where Data is Stored

  • On Your Device: Your data is primarily stored locally on your personal device.

  • Cloud Processing (United States): Data is also uploaded to secure external servers in the U.S. for storage, processing, and analysis.

Users retain control over their Personal Information. You can manage data-sharing preferences in the Application’s Settings and should ensure you are sharing information only with trusted parties.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process data solely based on user consent. The purposes include:

  • Allowing users to collect and analyze their medical records.

  • Facilitating account management and authentication.

  • Ensuring security and monitoring usage to enhance user experience.

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Application’s functionality

  • Allow users to collect and analyze their medical records

  • Authenticate and manage user accounts

  • Ensure security, prevent fraud, and monitor usage patterns

We do not sell or share your Personal Information for marketing purposes. However, we use third-party service providers (see Section 5) to enable essential Application functions.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to process data securely and efficiently and support functionality for the Application. These providers include:

  • Cloud storage (based in the United States) for processing and storing certain user data.

  • RevenueCat and Stripe for managing payments and subscriptions.

  • Azure OpenAI for processing health records and AI Chats.

These third-party service providers process Personal Information solely to provide their services and are contractually required to maintain security and confidentiality.

6. Use of Azure OpenAI

We currently using Azure OpenAI’s GPT models for select features within the Application. Your data, chats, and outputs that use GPT models:

  • Are not available to OpenAI or other customers.

  • Are not used to improve OpenAI models.

  • Are processed and hosted by Microsoft as part of the Azure OpenAI Service, which operates independently of OpenAI.

  • Do not interact with any services operated by OpenAI directly.

7. Data Security

Rehoboam Inc. employs strict security measures to protect user data, including:

  • Encryption for secure storage and transmission.

  • Access controls to restrict unauthorized access.

  • Audit mechanisms to monitor system activity.

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of our technical, physical, or administrative safeguards. 

8. Breach Security

In the event of a data breach affecting your Personal Information, we will:

  • Investigate the breach and take immediate corrective actions.

  • Notify affected users within 72 hours, as required by law

  • Report the breach to regulatory authorities, if applicable

Users are responsible for securing the data stored on their own devices.

Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or export their Personal Information. Requests can be made through the Application or by contacting support. We will respond within 30 days. The Application is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under this age.   • Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercising your CCPA rights will not result in any discriminatory treatment.
